When life gives you lemons...
So I'm slowly getting on track, as far as what an artist "should" be doing with their time. I'm not just waiting for inspiration to hit me and throwing things out willy nilly (although that is a lot of fun and I don't really plan on stopping any time soon) I'm planning out ideas, laying out stories, trying to put meaning behind what I produce.
I've got three projects I'm working on (one of which I'm coming back to, the other two are new) 1. My "No Idea" comic series 2. A new fantasy comic series 3. A new design for Kat.
Now I know most people are groaning because I change Kat's design so frequently I might as well have multiple characters, but basically my feelings about the whole situation are that while I love Kat's current design (featherhawk ftw), I've been missing her old design, as sparkle dog as it was. I never posted art of her in this form, but she was a mixture of arctic wolf, shark and dragon.
She had a unique look to her, more so than she does now, and I miss having the unnatural color scheme.
I'm going to just...play with the design and see what comes out of it.
I'm not sure if I'll be posting my new comic series on FA (wondering whether or not it'll have any furs in it <_<), but if not, it'll be on my art blog or DA, and those links are on the header and footer of this journal and on my page.
