Seems since I saw 
rilin s meme thing this morning, it got popular enough to clash with the AUP and needed to be changed. And since I don't feel like drawing a brand new and full picture of 'Badsky' (yet) I opted to take it down to avoid problems. Sorry all.

And why would "badsky" conflict with the AUP? o..O
When three (3) or more variations of the same image or focus point (character, object) are uploaded. When possible, we encourage users compile multiple images/photos into a collage.
Although I dunno if that was the reason or not.
But invading Canada is not the solution. Last time you guys tried that, the presidents insurance on the white house went up. ;)
Derivative Works
Posting submissions that contain portions of other artists' work (such as using them for backgrounds or other components) is allowed only if you have received their permission to do so. The works you create using portions of other artists' work must be sufficiently unique to be considered a new creation.
Posting re-colors or shading of other artists' work is allowed if they have given permission directly to you, and when it is clear you put in significant effort to change or enhance that work. Simply adjusting hue and color balance values, or other superficial changes are not sufficient.
