Well as stated from the previous journal, we are going to be doing something special for this particular meet. Yes, we know, posting is a tad late but hopefully this gets out and around soon and quick.
This month's furmeet will take place in Blendon Wood Metro Park located just north of Easton shopping center. For directions and general information about the park, click this link.
We'll be expecting a large turnout as well as amazing and hot weather. Fursuits welcomed but we do advice a heat warning to suiters. There are water stations and bathrooms within the park.
So what's the plan? Well very simple; BBQ, furry style. Bring your friends bring some food and a smile on your face because we will show everyone how we love to party in the woods. Hamburges and hotdogs will be provided along with toppings. We ask that you please bring something to share with everyone else. And a note as well, if you plan on bringing soda or anything in a 2L bottle or that requires cups, please provide the cups as well.

A notice to everyone planning on attending as well, Ashaya, the guy who produced "Through a Fox's Eyes" will be attending and filming the event. If anyone wishes to not be shown in the documentary, please address him on a personal note.

Time: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM a few of us will be there much earlier to reserve a spot and get things set up
Date: Saturday, June 4th <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<NOTE, not on friday, has been moved to Saturday for this particular event
Food: Hamburgers & Hotdogs. Please bring something more to share with others
Games: There is a frisbee golf course within the park, bring your own frisbees. If you wish to bring other games, do not be afraid and bring them along.
Weather: Sunny and hot, fursuiters be advised
Good Times: Like always, guarnteed

1 - lighter fluid
2 - coals
3 - about 2-3 bags/palates of meat for burgers
4 - hot dogs
5 - limited condiments
6 - trash bags
what i would ask ANYONE to help bring would be:::
1 - extra condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish, cheese (swiss, american, etc etc) etc etc
2 - buns for the burgers and dogs (hot dogs)
3 - extra meat (burgers or dogs) - just in case we go through what i bring too quickly
4 - napkins, silverware (plastic, disposable), and paper plates
5 - drinks** ... let's keep it non-alcoholic please as this is a public meet this time and we have people driving.
(** - preference would be water as above was mentioned it WILL BE HOT and suiters need to remain hydrated!!)
if anyone can think of anything else let me know!
also, i will be taking donations for an extra fold-up/fold-out overhang...its 100$, if we can work up 50$ in donations, i will personally offer up 50$ of my own to pay for the other half.
i will be taking pictures between making you all some fine dining. if you spot me next to the grill, PAWS OFF! haha
let me know if anyone can fill in the extras, else i'll be bringing what i can!

I shall bring plenty of utensils and stuff, and I have a bottle of mustard i will bring.
So no meet Friday? Fffffffffff I still have that night off dammit... eh maybe I'll stay over Husky's that night, help get stuff set upthe next morning, since i have the day off :>
