if you are going to place things like advertise on the forum then you might need to own the advertise yourself..... (this is another problem)..... sure it's not exactly spoken out in a way people would understand if you're not working with this. Do not use advertise on the phpbb forum us it somewhere else but not there xD :)

Anyone care to help me out on this? As I said I'm engines full on game design and this was not exactly an anticipated issue for today.

I'm also not sure I understand how I would update my system to operate the sessions like that.

I'll be straight up , I'm not very good with website code. My area is mostly Flash and Design games and a lot of THAT is experimental so i'm sure that this whole setup is quite a small disaster waiting to happen. Trust me I'm not tech-tarded but I a bit am in over my head on this thing on the web design end of things.

It's a good idea to require people to agree to the terms of service (ToS) whenever they access the website. I'm guessing there is some law against making pornography available to minors that you could run afoul of and it wouldn't hurt. Setting this up is something that could be done in PHP fairly easily but the web host needs to support it.

Whether your stuff is "illegal" or not depends on jurisdiction. In general, erotic art is covered under the First Amendment unless it is obscene; however, different jurisdictions have different rules (you don't want to foot the legal bill for testing an unconstitutional law) and the definition of "obscene" is subjective. From a security standpoint, everything on HTHStudios.com will probably be okay. It's unlikely that you will get sued. It's easy to sue a person: e.g., you could sue your neighbor for emotional distress caused by his loud duck, even though he doesn't have one. You might not think that having something considered as porn could get you in a lot of trouble but it rly can. Hell even popular (large) sites that are only for chating have like 7 pages of agreements and licences since they can get sued so easy. (Facebook was sued 79 times last year (only counting the once that actually got to court)). All material that can be protected against minors should be it just for safety since they can access it from a link on another page without even reading the rules/agreements (as it is right now). And hell yea what he is working with is considered illegal and (have actually looked it up now). Pages companies that are not bound to a country can not cooperate with his business (sites like paypal or other "free" standing companies would block him once they found out).

it doesn't in the least but then it is the person that enters the sites that has the responsibility and now you..... you can hand it over to the user aslong as he or she agrees to it.... then you could even have children porn on your website (however then they might get you down in other wayxD)

Throwing a Terms of Service (ToS) page in front of illegal content does not absolve the creator or poster of responsibility. If you live in the US and post photographs of a 6-year old engaging in sexual activity, it would be a prosecutable crime, regardless of whether there was a ToS or not.

I suggest that you learn to differentiate between "knowledge" and "making shit up" before offering advice.

and you as i stated you might get sued if they can access your content without going to the start page (make a session that forces people to accept your rules to see any page or content) (have you ever been to any movie site like loomba ? or whatever it's name is? they have a similar things you need to accept this session to see the page ) (you need a similar thing.... let people go to any site but do not show the content until they agree to your rules :P)

your furry stuff isn't really legal so......... either you make something like a session agreement every user has to agree to when he or she enters your site (session is stored during the time the webbrowser is on so no need to agree to this more then once every time you turn on your webbrowser (unless you want to end it earlier)).... but yea well you need something like that (sure some say you don't but you rly do..... since you don't have links to the rules on everypage..... ) (bad choice:))

I literally JUST started tinkering with PHP and MYSQL. I still have training wheels on to speak.

it's only a small thing with 3 files with session restriction (copy up the index.php files and rename and use it on all files)

when i say that i mean you need to make a php file (put the swf file in here) and start session in all these files to restrict the users unless the accept these rules (which means starts the session to access the content)

i have made a script you can use (a very easy one) just need a way to send it to you
