When you get screwed over for lending something to someone. I'm not naming names or pointing fingers, I've had enough of that drama and am done with it. What I am saying is that things suck when, honestly, a person cannot make a deal on a handshake anymore.

I suppose it's my fault, mainly because I was raised on the idea that your word is as good as any oath and that, honestly, people respect both your rights as an individual and the rights you have as the owner of an idea.

But that doesn't seem to be how things work anymore.

I'm sick of it.

From now on, I'm not going to give anything out without a legally binding contractual agreement.
