Seriously, I second this. Wacom has *outstanding* customer service and will bend over backwards to help you. (At least they have for me.) You also might want to post on the Wacom Europe forums, you *always* get help there from both users and staff. (The NA site doesn't have forums.)

that sucks, i remember the pain i went through trying to get my wacom working properly with my dual monitor setup in ubuntu. it sucks wasting your "art time" doing stuff like setting up drivers and reinstalling tablet software instead of you know. drawing.
