Nintendo's always been the company that puts out 2 or 3 games per generation I care about - that I play at friends' houses.

From what I saw at E3... that's not gonna change any time soon.

Fair enough. Nintendo being a company that has long-standing series titles and stuff, yeah, if you don't care for their main trademark series then there's few of anything else XP

That being said, though, I'm excited for it @_@

I can agree with your overall statement, having owned a NES, GBClassic, and still own a functioning SNES, GBC, GBA SP, NDS, N64, Cube and Wii

As for being a console gamer, still have a working Artari, Spectrum Zx, Xbox, Xbox360, Playstation and Playstation 2

Well, those are my consoles, at the moment I'm logging all my games, I'll post a list if your interested.

Anyway, I did have a C64, but that sadly died, I also had a console I can not find a single bit of info on, can't remember what format the games where, but the console had 2 controllers actually attached to it. The controllers where a basic rectangle with a dial (sort of analog stick) and the numbers 1-0 laid out like a telephone, any ideas?

Reminds me of one space game on the atari that had a dialpad for its controller... what you're talking about isn't familiar at all, though I think I see something similar to it on this page here: http://www.thegameconsole.com/videogames80.htm

I feel good going through all these nostalgic pages, but boy do I fell old, granted I was born in the late 80s, but to be honest, that was when games were at there best (granted, some good stuff exists nowadays), but everything was a new idea, nothing was copied, nothing was a rip off or close to another storyline or plot, character or villain, place or world.
