There isn't a great deal of new material in this version (though there is a bit), but what is there has been cleaned up and streamlined. For much of that text, this is the first time it's ever been bloodied by editing.

Feedback and comments are always appreciated. After taking care of another long-overdue project, I'll work on the transitional chapter, and then move forward into the really interesting parts.
