So, apparently I'm sick....

"We are made to persist."
And I have been sick for a few months now and had no idea.
I'm a pretty violent sleeper when I'm alone. I toss and turn and suffer from horrible nightmares in which I'm usually fighting for my life. I've injured myself a great many times, woken up having overworked muscles in my arms, bruised my knuckles, or even knocked the bark off of them and woken up bleeding a little. I have, on rare occasions, awoken to the sensation of burying my fist in the sheetrock of the wall next to me.... great way to begin the day, let me tell you.
So it came as no surprise to me at all when several months ago I woke up with an incredible pain in my right side. I didn't think much of it, just thought I'd pulled one of my obliques. It went away after a few days.
And then came back after a couple of weeks. Wash, rinse repeat. I was getting kind of sick of it, wondering what the hell I was doing wrong. It worried me a lot. By tuesday of this week it was so bad I could barely even breathe without feeling like I was being stabbed. This finally convinced my mother, on whom i am basically dependent for all such things, to take me to a doctor. Apparently the pain is not muscular at all, but something entirely new to me. I have a kidney infection which is probably responsible for a lot of other interesting health issues I've been having lately. I've never had pain there before, and it really, really sucks!!
So I'm on some antibiotics that are really kicking my ass, but they seem to be doing the trick.
Cross your fingers, because this issue has been keeping me from getting a lot of stuff done, just because of sheer misery. With any luck, I'll have this think licked and be moving on to better things.

Aggressive sleeping sucks, and I'm sorry to hear you deal with it too. Thanks for the wishes, I appreciate them =3
Thanks for the warm wishes.
Besides, been so long since we hung out together like the old times....gotta see how my teacher is doing more often.
Or I need a damn car again..... somethin' =P
Speaking of your tutelage, I hear Saki has volunteered to begin whipping you and Marturion into something like fighting condition....?
It kind of is... I've never dealt with kidney pain before, it's an eye opening experience. I never realized a microbe could cause the same kind of pain as a nail-bat x.x
