That is the worst I have ever been treated by an airline. My flight got canceled, they told me to go to southwest to see if they could get me out tonight, they had a flight that left 20 mins before that, so I went back to United and asked why, some dude stared at me and ignored me, some other chick over the counter and down the way, yelled at me that they fly into a different airport and its not their fault so I should just take what I have and leave.... I was so dumbfounded I litterly stood there with the small group of us that were supposed to be leaving for Chicago O'hare.... We watched this crew treat everyone rudely, including the first class/business class peeps... So I finally asked to speak to the Mgr and he admitted that his crew was at fault and the one dude that started the whole rudenss.... wasn't even on the clock.... So looks like my flght is delayed out till tomorrow afternoon, then a 5 hour lay over in Georgia then on my way to Syrcause... Sorry peeps....
