First day of actual paid work today!

Heya!
Please let me know via note if you wanna chat in Skype, I don't normally keep it open.
And it was GRAND. I loved it.
Everyone was so friendly and fun. My supervisor's very serious and strict, but he's a good guy. Very patient, very helpful.
My teammates are so nice, and even though they're all veterans, they're still nice and helped me a lot on some calls I didn't understand.
It's hard for me to have conversations with you North American people. It's like you instantly pick up on my accent and that immediately makes you think I'm just some dumb Mexican who doesn't care about you.
I understand if you want to be condescending or patronizing, I totally get it if you get impatient due to me being an apprentice. That's what I've been trained to expect and deal with.
Don't worry, I took all my calls today, I solved all the problems that I had the clearance to solve, and I think I got a couple of good grades on the VOC surveys. Yay!
Most people were so nice and patient, even the lady who was in the hospital and had a late fee she wanted removed, and the lady who had just gotten robbed but was really nice about it.
I don't appreciate the lady who called in all angry because she didn't get her weekly discount coupon. I'm really sorry about that, lady, but I really don't control the USPS, it's really not my fault that they lost your coupon, I don't deliver the mail myself. O.o
Anyways, yeah. It was fun. I get off at 10:00 PM CST everyday so you won't be hearing about me a lot these next few days. Gotta have some time for my brain to process the idea of being enslaved to a phone ten hours a day. x.x
I'm going to sleep now, been working since 12:00 PM CST, so I'm really tuckered out.
Goodnight! And thank you for calling Kohl's!

Actually, I think North Americans aren't all that bad. They suffer from entitlement issues and they have little patience, and are a little ignorant of the world outside their own, but they're not so bad. I enjoy chatting with them and solving their issues over the telephone.
