A ghetto bitch accosted me on the subway and used derogatory terms like "chink and nigger and woman" aimed at me. Which is odd since she was a woman herself. I didn't want to beat her up in front of her kids, so I let it go. Was that the right thing to do?

Yes and no. You took the high road, and that is nice of you, but people who aren't shown that their actions have consequences never learn that their actions have consequences, and she is the model for her childrens behavior, so in essence- if mace a ghetto bitch in the mouth, you mace her children in the mouth. And nothing drives a lesson home like negative reinforcement.

Also, I've learned that nothing good ever comes out of riding any kind of light rail transit system. Ever. Perhaps you should invest in a segway.

I'd have to segway though a sketchy industrial area so light rail is generally my best option, but honestly, some people!

You don't need to be a cook to know when food tastes bad. Relationships are easy when you're not in one, because you can be objective and everything is black and white.
