Dear love and Roots above were pretty good though
It'll most likely be 100% different from The Zombie EP

I played so much Nazi zombies, and L4D2 to it, it's not even funny xD
They usually sound abit different, and bring something new to the table with every album, so i'm hopeful still!

My favorite is Dear Love. But I'm pretty confident that anything they put out will be good.

Honestly I love that album as well, I just thought Plagues was better ;p

They honestly COULD be better... This isn't announced as the official song, it could be unmastered.

I have never been big into the whole post-hardcore/christcore thing, but some of their stuff is okay. I just don't LIKE like them, ya know? Maybe it has something to do with the fact that the first thing I heard from them was Roots Above. IDK.

That being said, I'll probably still check out their new CD in the vain hope of being shocked and actually digging the fuck out of it.

Well...I guess you could call me a deathcore guy. I love The Acacia Strain, I love KillWhitneyDead, I love A Different Breed Of Killer, and a bunch of other "deathcore" bands. I even love it when they do some clean vocal shit.

Post-hardcore never did anything for me though. I dunno.

I haven't seen anything from TDWP that makes them stand out from bands like Beneath The Sky or Aim For The Day or any of those guys. But that's just me.

HAHA Yes TAS has gone so far downhill, but I'm one of those faggots that REFUSES to listen to Emmure. I usually stick to the ...And Life Is Very Long and 3750 albums. Occasionally throw in Continent.

I think a lot of it has to do with the flood of bands that have come onto the scene in the last decade or so. A kid picks up a guitar and learns a breakdown and fuck...they're set. The rest of the band just follows the guitars. Even I'M pretty guilty of this.

yes, i have loved them since day 1, and i was blessed to see them live once :3 bands change and so do their styles, if it makes them happy, then i have no problems.

Never said their was anything wrong with style change... They've upped the ante on every CD since Dear Love. It just feels like this one might sound too much like Roots Above and Branches Below... Which isn't bad, but something more might come along!
And like I said before, this just leaked recently (like today)
And might not be the fully mastered track.

Yeah... I wasn't feeling Mike's lows at points, but the cleans actually made me feel good! The Zombie EP was... heavy.. and fun but I have no idea what to expect with this next LP.

Hopefully it's like a demo, it most likely wont be like that when the album drops.
And I think their new approach on clear vocals are alot better than just whiney, nasaley ones from previous albums.

Roots & Branches' clean vocals were my favorite, however, Dear Love still holds a huge place in my heart. I also have a pretty good feeling these are demos, if not, then whatever.

Zombie blew my mind, I've been stoked for their new stuff forever. This sounds really good, it's a slightly different approach than they normally take, I'm pumped to hear more. Think they said something that after Zombie they planned on making the next album heavier so I expect it to be something like Roots Above + Zombie. At parts it kinda reminds me of As I Lay Dying, or someone, I can't quite put my finger on who the chorus reminds me of.

Also I thought you moved up with Jeff..?
