It seems that the best logical solution in my brainstorming to allow a comfortable ability to get teh suit on is for the armor to be unremovable. The way I see it is that i will have to assemble the suit on my body piece by piece whenever I wear it, or else certain spots would have to be wider to allow myself to slip them on. The fabric does have some give, but not enough to warrent the lack of armor.

For obvious reasons, though, the hand armors will be removable, because using your hands kicks ass =P
