I doubt it. "Ho" as a perjorative for females is a recent movement, say within the last ten to fifteen years, to the best of my knowledge. Before that time among people who couldn't see fit to use "Madam," "Lady," or "Miss/Miz," "Bitch" was the preferred vulgarity.
