Once again, someone in the US proves that some Americans are total nutcases... He wrote a book called "Let's kill all the belgians. A child's guide to genocide". The book says that Belgium has no national identity (except for waffels, chocolate and beer) and that Belgians are plotting to invade USA. Belgians are compared to Gengis Khan, and are said to eat puppies.

Is that supposed to be the new method to teach children irony? I rather think that the author is totally nuts!
