Day 09 – Your beliefs
I've been trying to figure out my beliefs for a very long time and I'm not sure where I label myself with how my beliefs are. I'm Jewish, yes, but I don't really like the way organized religion is handled. Its totally fine to believe in a higher power, I have nothing against that, but I'm not a big fan of those that come to me and try to convince me to convert and be saved. I'm not even entirely sure there is a God either. I think I'm more of a spiritual person. I love being one with nature and experiencing the beauty that is all around me. <3 There could be something out there, there could not be, but all I know is that I accept myself for who I am and I accept others for who they are. I'm not one to judge another person for what they believe in and I expect the same respect to be returned to me. =)
