Aah, babies. That's why my wildlife center fosters out orphans to wild familes, so we're not up to our eyeballs in babies come this time of year.

I can't remember if I asked, but does your wildlife center do any wild fostering?

We don't do wild fostering no. We do have a resident Great Horned Owl who fosters for us luckily and she turns them into mean little wild birds.
We also have a female Screech who will.

The rest we have to hand raise but we have adults who they'll live with so they don't imprint on us.

Kestrel season is starting, currently we have 3 we haven't had to euthanize for extreme cases TRICH yet but I'm sure we'll have like 20 by the end of summer.
