Life goes on again (rant)

Well, the end of year tests for my final year of school are over, and buried I hope. I'm getting results back for them in about a months time, and odds are my parents are gonna go on and on about it.
I found a part time online occupation, with a contract and all, to make models for a game company, which means I won't be posting up all that much extra stuff here, and I won't be open to any commissions for a while.
I recently 'tried' to get into shape, but frankly, pessimism and bad laziness have been my stumbling points. Oh yes, and plus the fact that now my sleeping habits have turned upside down, with my natural sleepy time at 5am in the morning or 'when the sun rises'. heck, it's 3am now, and I'm wide awake.
Tried out a few things in my recent week of long term holiday, Got the game Halflife2 Episode2, (illegitamately like usual), and played it on my aging pentium 4, Great game, and a real satisfier to all the anticipation leading upto it's release.
Heroes 5 is the other new game I tried out. and frankly, other than the art in the game, it's a copout of heroes 3, practically NO difference in gameplay. (cept for a slight awkwardness from the lag).
Battlefield 2 is begining to reach it's autumn years with me, I've got all the 'essential' ranks, and beefed up my skill so I'm quite literally ranked in the to 10% of all aviators (that aren't spawnkilling fags) and frankly, with the nearest place I can play the game properly, being a netcafe' in the city. Well, it's not worth it anymore.
However, I've recently gotten hooked by the GMod game Zombie Survival. don't know whether it's a momentary thing, but if I could find a server, with low ping and players, It'll likely replace my BF2 addiction.
On a side note, Dammit, WoW is taking over the gaming world I think... even moreso that that obnoxious Wc3 mod. 'dota' . I swear, going into a crowded city netcafe' nearly half of the people actually playing games are playing WoW. and a significant portion of the remainder are searching up stuff about it.
Now it's no problem for me, hell, it doesn't bother me one bit, when they play, since WoW itself is a low bandwidth requirement game. But because it's so frequently played, there will ALWAYS someone downloading a patch or mod or something. This dosn't seem to affect WoW players, so much since they're happily chugging along, playing an stat farming game, but it IS a big issue for people playing any other game that requires a smooth and uninterupted bandwidth.
It's infuriating to realise every online FPS or RTS player is getting hammered by a debilitating lagspike which lasts for the duration of someone downloading a WoW patch. Seriously, most any FPS and RTS players won't patch their game during netcafe operating hours, I mean, come on, why waste money waiting for a download that isn't even on your own computer.
Furthermore, I can't understand why people would spend hours on end 'killing creeps' for practically no gain, biggest waste of time and money ever... well almost.
