Don't you hate when someone sends a brief message to you, and gives no context as to where the message is from?
Yeah, my mom just did that too me and no idea how I'm supposed to interpret it. Better yet, she's still asleep so doubt I'll be able to find out till this afternoon. I mean, how am I supposed to interpret "Maybe you should spend your money somewhere else....." It's like, I've only spent money on life expenses/necessities. I need a place to live, food to eat, and an insured car to get to work. Where else was I supposed to spend my money.

Maybe she meant go to the thrift store? Or perhaps she wants you to buy chocolate cake. I hate it when parents give advice. It's like, this situation has nothing to do with yours, but this is what didn't work for me. It could also just be an error message. Good luck figuring it out.

No, this is even better. It was about a certain fast food chain my brother frequents that is supposedly anit-gay. I could care less, I live in a nice liberal area (well, besides the conservative bubble I'm forced to stay in at the moment).

That really is lack of context. Mom's a great that way :) Providence is liberal?

As I said, the little conservative bubble I currently live in.
