EVE Online: Incursion final thoughts

Updated my journal
After putting 10 hours into this game I can officially say, I absolutely positively ADORE it. It's such a peaceful game with some very unique elements in it. It has a good story and the game is open and free, you're left to do whatever you want to do in this game. It is very grindy though so if you don't like doing the same thing a lot then I wouldn't look at this game. The soundtrack is absolutely beautiful, some of the best ambient tracks in a space age game ever.
The interface, as I said, is a little weird but I've finally figured the damned thing out and it's very nifty although I'm still stuck on probing, as far as I'm concerned, the probing feature is the hardest and most frustrating thing you'll ever do, you have to position the probes just right to find the signature and then triangulate it's position. If it's wrong you lose the signal and have to start again. CCP really needs to fix this.
Overall, this is a fantastic space age MMO. It's not free though although apparently you can pay for extended play time via in-game credits that you earn from doing missions. I'm pleased to announce that there are no immersion breaking bugs/mechanics/etc, guaranteed you will not be pulled out of the immersion. Freedom, space, beautiful music and a nice concept. Gaming perfection in my eyes. Definitely worth the price.

Also well done for surviving the learning cliff!
Persistence is the key. But I'm still scratching my head at the probing. Well, you learn from your mistakes and I'm going to keep fiddling around with the probes until I eventually figure it out(although when I want to make money I just mine Veldspar and sell it).
