I'm still not very sure how I got this job, but I'm a security guard now. Mostly pretty boring work. Standing in one place looking professional, but I also have to kick people out who are acting up. What the heck? I've never done anything like this before. They pay well though, and I've found that people are generally nice and just want to get along. Actually, it's the perfect place to hone one's philosophy, I think.It's all conflict resolution.

The hardest part is staving off boredom, I suppose, while at the same time paying active attention to your surroundings. I get employee discount at every store in the mall though! Rawk! Just in time for the holiday season.

Sorry I've been neglecting just about everyone. By the time I get home, it's almost eleven and my whole body aches! I swear, I sound like my grandma going up the front step to our appartment.

Hope everyone has a good thanksgiving, if you're state-side. I'm not very patriotic, but I love food! :D Tis' the season of home-cooked goodies!
