Change your passwords, there appears to be a virus going around spreading a link. If you hover over a link and the end of the url is "coolbeans" it's a virus.
[EDIT] guess it's not a virus, but some sort of exploit. Don't click the links in journals anyways.

At this time I don't believe it's generated by individual account hacks via password. It looks like a database exploit. It's hitting high and low profile users alike.
