I forgive you =] We all make mistakes. It also takes a big person to admit them and own up to them
and I respect you for that. Its unfortunate we got off on the wrong foot (BAM pun so intended! :P)
but life is all about second chances so I hope we can make things better next con.

Next time just member there is a fine line with personal space and to be careful crossing it.
Crossing it creeps people out.

I'm curious, what happened? I am building my first fursuits and I guess I could use some pointers if I do finally finish them and go to a con or whatever.

Well, I have a footpaw fetish. I knew I wasn't the only one, so I assumed every fur would go along with it. Long story short, I got too close to some furs and they complained to the staff about me and they booted me at the end of the con.

Oh man they booted you from the con for that?? I remember ya cuddling my feetpaws in the headless lounge a bit :P it weirded me out a little but they are SO padded It didn't bother me as much. Not like I could feel a thing. Haha. But yeah, I hope that didn't make it to where you can't go again next year :o

And as everyone said, it's very big of you to come out and apologize. And I can see how you could be confused about the whole personal space thing when....fursuiters kinda forget that all the time! Haha.

And go to the furries got talent, you'll see something that a fursuiter has never done before.

ah i learnd the same thing just last week, only mine was with just one person and it was with nouthing more then hugging. but like you long story short i got told huging was a no no enless they offier it first, everyone in my class thinks i'm a pervert who cant keep his hands off a girl, and pritty much lost all love for hugging people and will not do it any more :(.

Aww. Just whatch their space, everyone needs hugs to survive. Just like the mistake I made, don't just go hugging people, make sure it's the apprpiate situation where a hug is needed, but hugs are good, don't beat yourself up for that.

well she was (key word was -_- this thing ruied the friendship) my friend, and ya know i hugg her when we meet in the morning, and when i leav to go home.... again we where good friends, but she never told me she did not want to hug because she did not want to hurt my feelings....but some other studitnts seen me "toucher her but" and what not, witch any one who knows me i'm not that type of guy, they talked to the girl and it sorta ended up her being akward around me, and me (being the guy) geting in troble for touching her...so its not that i beat my self up for huging her, its just i feel bad because i lost a friend

Yeah, I understand that. Nobody told me that I was wrong except for the ones that took me out the con. So the best thing for both of us to do is to learn from our mistakes and move on. There are people out there that like what we like, we've just got to find them.

Booting you without a warning seems like a bit of an over-reaction.

They got to me before the dead dog dance, then another staff member came to me in the lounge because another complaint came in. So the margin between the warning and the boot was kind of short. I had to leave at that time to go to school anyway. So it fit into schedule.

Still seems kind of mean, they should know that there needs to be time to address the first warning and take into consideration that people might just be getting around to their complaint. Regardless of whether or not school fit in.

When I went to FCN11, there were two people that tried to hug me. I (mini)freaked out and told them that I do not like being touched and they backed off. There was no need to complain to staff because they had no idea.

Well, at any rate, I know what mistakes I made and won't do them again. Next con I go to won't have any complaints made about me.

I wasnt there but hey it happens. Sometimes a first time con can be overwhelming and you can get carried away. Glad you learned from your mistakes. Hope your next con goes better

Hey I remember you from FWA 2011! Didn't you sing in the talent competition? You seemed really nervous but I remember admiring how brave you were getting out there and performing in front of everyone at your very first con and by the end of it you had everyone getting into it. I thought the sentiment of the song was fantastic and I thought you were adorable. Not the most talented out there but what fun would it be if only the one most talented furry ever performed? Your performance is actually one of my favorite memories from that con so thanks for getting up there and doing that. Sorry to hear things went sour at the end, I haven't quite figured out the limits myself, although I've played on the conservative side. 3 Cons and I still haven't hugged anyone in fursuit :( Adorable things are meant to be hugged damn it! Anyway you looked VERY VERY happy and well adapted at FWA 2012 the few times I noticed you so I know I'm almost certain to see you at FWA 2013. Hopefully I'll be in a fursuit of my own by then.
