Possible gaming PC setup, opinions wanted

General
Well, after a few months of saving up, I'm finally getting ready to build a gaming PC, my first one actually.
Now, Im not looking for the best of the best, nor am I too picky, I just need something that can fit my budget, will last for a few years, and can play games at a decent FPS (right now the only games I have in mind are WoW and TF2, not very needy, but stuff my current PC cant handle D: ). However, Im unsure about the compatibility, and am also curious of the opinions/improvements from others. Anyway, for the list of parts:
Motherboard - ASRock P67 PRO3 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX

The OS, Monitor, and Keyboard/Mouse Im already good to go on, I'm just curious about these parts.
Im also concerned on whether or not I need a cooler for my CPU ... and no, I'm not familiar with the concept of overclocking :p
