Yay, my favorite topic of the day that inspired me to create my web comic, "Year of the Cow". :3
Anyway, Psykoneko didn't really explain much on why there's no cat in the Chinese Zodiac and the 5 elemental types attributed to the zodiac.

Incase you are wondering I'm a snake and
otakuman24 is a dog.
In fact, my family, family pets, and some toys in my house almost make the entire Chinese Zodiac in my eyes.

My brother's black dwarf rabbit, Holly.
My bro is a dragon. 11-1-88
Then me a snake. 11-14-89
My mom's a horse. (1954)
My dad's a sheep. (1955)
Snowball's monkey squeak toy and sheep plush.
Snowball, the white pomeranian (dog)
...and that's it.
All I need is a rooster, ox, and boar to complete the zodiac....unless they count as food.:P
I'm going to try to improve my art and comicry for my web comic by watching
gillpanda's stream,
peterandcompany's stream, and 
chalodillo's stream and ask questions. :3
...And I'll try to finish up those requests I still have. ^^;
