im talking about this http://www.furrypile.co.uk/beta/ima.....3551627186.png it has the ..... there and so if u unknowingly copy and paste it into word pad or something and then need to go back to the image it wont work cuz of the .....

Because it's karma for doing or not doing something? Or maybe it's just supposed to do that to conserve space. XD

It's in order to prevent page stretching, because some pages will contain about 20 random characters as a "map" to extraneous information, like what kind of playlist is up.

yeah...ok but it does not help me at all...I got or all organised and copyed and pasted things from here and the links had refs and so now when im going back to it it wont work...and i realized the dots and now I have to do the work all over again

Well, instead of just highlighting the text, copying and then pasting it, just click with the right button of your mouse on the link and choose the "Copy link address" (or whatever it is called) option :P
It'll copy the link into the clipboard and then you can paste it anywhere you want :)
It's available in every internet browser (Chrome and Firefox so far but I believe that Opera, Safari or Internet Explorer have it too and probably any other too).

Sorry it won't help you with what you did already but for later use it might help (if ever you didn't know about this already of course ;P).
