what exactly do you need help with? how to make a video?

I have the MP3's but i need to make them into a video with 1 picture in the backround at all times...

well if you have windows you should have a program called "windows movie maker" there you can put together the music and the picture into a movie. when its all put together click "publish to this computer" and you upload the finish movie into youtube
