General
Make something for person "B" but when person "A" finds it, tell person "A" that its a gift for them? Then talk to others about said gift and how it was for person "B" and blahblah blah? Keeping the façade even when asked again if it indeed was meant for person "A". ...pretty not cool

i would think it would be easier just to be honest and tell them who it was made for, unless said picture was requested as a gift to be made for not the person requesting it but someone else, in which case, it would be hard still to keep it a secret if too many know about it >_< still very complicated and all would not be something i would do.
