I see that everyone else is writing these journals about getting back from Anthrocon, so i guess i'll join the bandwagon!

SO! on the flight there I met  wesatticas the ONLY other furry on my flight, which also happened to be a squirrel, what are the chances, right? So when i get there i wait for about 7 hours in the airport for  e-w01f and finally he sneaks up behind me surprising me. I gave him the biggest hug ever and proceeded to freak out because it was really him.

Once I got to the hotel, I immediately had a total happy freakout because it was the first time i had ever seen any fursuiters in real life. I made friends with a group of people there within a few minutes. We meet up with  light564 and get our hotel keycards and head up to the room to put our bags away. we then head down to the lobby and hang out a little longer. eventually, 2 security people come down and say that the zoo was open and they want people to start going up there. we go up there and i run around yelling in the newly opened vacant zoo. me and  e-w01f went to go volunteer bag stuffing for the afternoon. people stat getting there later and eventually we go up to the hotel room for the night.

the next morning, people start showing up. almost all of them showed up on thursday. we hung out in multiple areas because the con didnt start until friday.

friday, I attended the opening ceremonies. after a few hours i went to the puppet workshop. after that i stayed for Jim MArtin's TV puppetry workshop. i left about halfway into the panel to go down to the dealers room and eventually come back to the panel with a folkmanis fox puppet. later in the day we go and see anthropoly, which obviously has more "varmint panties" references from last year. later we went to see 2's Rant, which i found extremely hillarious. that night we attended the dance for a little while and raved our furry butts off.

Saturday was mostly spent going around and having fun with friends i got pictures with all of my favorite suiters, including  kironeem,  scootersquirrel and Griefer. went and hung around at tonic for a while and got to meet  clemfox as well as scooter out of suit. Tony Ringtail gave me a chip with the Level 3 hotsauce which clementine had gotten in her eye (poor foxie!!) only minutes before. it was REEALLY hot. then he gave me a little bit of another sauce who's only ingredients were water,vinegar,and capscacin. 1,000,000 scovile. my mouth was on fire and i teared up. if nobody has pix or video of me id be suprised. afterwards, me and a few other furs including Clementine went to have sushi at the fish market. Clementine got me to try eel, and it was REALLY good (thanks clem!)

on sunday, i went and saw the funday pawpet show and proceeded to get everyone in the room to get on the pawpet IRC during the live show. we were talking to each other from only feet away. pretty funny. later we went to see the Kage and 2 2gether show and had a nice laugh!

things i dont remember when they happened:

going down to the dealers room and buying a bacon scarf, a fox ear hat, a sketchbadge comission from  silentravyn, bugging  kironeem to no end for some flux tribal stickers (which i got 3 of, YAY!),hanging out with  snapai a LOT, giving  dragoneer a hug in the zoo (out of suit, even!) being carried by 3 fursuiters down the hall outside of the zoo (WHEE!), being carried by 3 non-fursuiters down the hall of the lobby and yelling at  skippyfox (Vin) to save me and him saying "what am i sposed to do?" in his squeaky voice, getting a picture with  kagemushi, taing a picture of tony ringtail and  snapai, and many other things that i may have missed but will think of later.

I had an AMAZING time meeting all of you in person, and i hope to see all of you next year!!!
