Okay. Now what kind of WEBCAM should I get for streaming?

Hint: NEVER GET ANYTHING MADE IN CHINA. The best art supplies come from Europe.
Anyway, the problem with Traditional Media is that although they can do some things that computers can't.... well.... You can't stream them live on your computer without a WEBCAM.
Now, what sort of webcam should I get for streaming my live-action art? I'd prefer something that has somewhat high definition and good color accuracy. But I don't want to spend too much. The mic quality is irrelevant, as I have a better one, and I usually just stream my music anyway.
So what should I get? If possible, I'd like a webcam that allows me to show my artwork from a bird's eye view.

I have a Logitech Orbit AF. It comes with an attachment that gives it the ability to look at wider angles and works really well with the Movement-Tracking feature.
