Iron artist is when an artist will do, for example, 50 line arts in a month for people that sign up and pay them. It can be any combination really. Usually it's simpler stuff so you can pump out a bunch. I have commissioned a few in other artist's IA and they were flat color and simple backgrounds. It could be any combination though XD

Pretty much. It's designed as a challenge for the artist. Sometimes they will have themes too. But more or less it's for getting some extra commissions in for a bit cheaper since you will determine how far to go with all the pictures. Usually they work out pretty well but I can see why someone might get behind while trying to to them XD
