On Xials, Arts, and "Can I draw you?" questions.

No, I do not roleplay.
No, I do not want to use FA's notes system. Send me a damn email, because I'm old. Email address is xial.fa at lick.blue.

I have been asked a few times, so I would like to clarify:
You have my fully expressed permission to draw and/or color any of my characters under the following conditions:
There are a few things I don't really want my characters associated with, but these are rather edge-case items, such as diaper play, gore, blood play, and other items.
If you aren't certain whether I'd be upset about it, then by all means, please ask.
If you intend to surprise me with something, feel free to look at one of my F-List profiles that'll be linked later.
If your intent is to make money off said drawings, my cost is straight-forward: I just want a copy (preferably of the highest resolution image available) without a large watermark for my personal collection. If you are doing analog work and just don't have a scanner, ask me for a physical address to send a print or an original of what you're selling -- I don't mind eating the postage and reasonable printing costs. Again: Reasonable.
I reserve the right to post versions of a picture with my character(s) in it that I deem appropriate for public view, should I find that I am the only source of something involving my characters after two months, unless the art in question is being sold. If the art is being sold, then I will wait at least six months.
I use CC-BY-NC-SA-30 licensing for my characters.
I enforce my licensing when I spot intentional breaches. It's not that you're using the picture, people -- I'm flattered that you think my characters are sexy. It's that you don't bloody attribute the image to its source -- either back to me, or to the artist in question. I will disregard attribution if you attempt to pretend that you are ME.
In short:
* Using the art as a reference, with attribution to myself or the artist is OK! I know some of you are new and like the way one of my characters look.
* Using the art and 'roleplaying' as my characters, with or without attribution is NOT OK.
