God how do you know your tired? Well very simple you start looking at things you don't normaly look at thinking "WoW thats cool!" or "Oooo never thought of it before but YEA thats hot!" You start listening to blues or heavy metal what ever your loved kinda music is or just something crazy your find. And the tell tail sign your tired and sleep deprived you start writing about how tired you are and the reasosn you know your tired, there is how ever one simple answer go to bed jerk off and your out like a light! wonder hwo many people acutlay read journals vs. just deleting them like i do cuz there are too many to read all at once
