Question for my watchers. :)

Trip to, heave and ho; Up, down, to and fro- You have no word
I am almost done with all of my commissions/trades thus far, and if things stay wound down I might start drawing more personal art. The personal art for me is a means of practice, and brushing up on my own characters, as well as expressing feelings, or even to practice with emotions and colour. It is also nice because I do not need to throw any certain deadlines on myself.
I want to do this as much as I can before my classes start, even though it's really hard to find "self" time when I work all week, essentially.
Anyway, I'd like to ask my watchers questions because you guys are important to me. We're all connected through art, after all. :)
Should I:
-Make art based on songs that are important to me
-Revive more of my old characters/ draw more art for them
-Draw More IK
-Draw more Jellyhounds
-Draw something different.
-Try a different medium (paint, marker, sculpt, etc)
-Other (Please let me know!)
I'd really love feedback from anyone who feels like commenting. Whether it be a suggestion or just letting me know what you'd prefer to see, I'll definitely take it to heart. :)

Thank you for your feedback, as always. ^^ I really want to start drawing art based on song lyrics or songs themselves and the way they make me feel. :)
And yeah, music sort of... helps me focus I guess? Only problem with classical and instrumental is that for some reason it puts me into an extremely sleepy/relaxed state and so it is hard to stay awake. :P I blame my mum who used to play classical before I was born to get me to stop kicking her. x3
I'm going to be painting a sculpture soon of one that I made the other night, as well as maybe coming out with some adoptables. So there will likely be JHs in the future. :)
And yes, I am leaning mostly toward the song art too.. I have an extremely varied taste in music, and so I love severl different types of songs from many different eras and parts of the world.. I like to try and draw out a scene from a song. n_n

But yus. Drawing art to music is just amazing. It's another way of getting out some kind of emotions. Music is my life.<3 I am a proud concert goer. :3
I've heard of Sum 41, Sublime, and Flogging Molly. n_n
That's really cool though! The only major bands i've been lucky enough to see are Heart, Fleetwood Mac, RUSH, and the Gorillaz. :) Definitely not metal, but I am rather happy I got to see them because I grew up on them. <3

But I only draw stuff I WANT to draw, like how I'm feeling at the moment or what relates to me the most. I wanted to draw more pictures of my emotional stuff, like events I want to remember that happened that day.
What I mean is draw stuff you wanna draw when you're feeling it most. I usually do spur of the moment stuff and produce interesting stuff. But that's just me. :)
A lot of people are suggesting that I revive my older characters. This is fun but at the same time it's also very hard for me, because i'm paranoid of what will happen once they are out there. I mean, nobody's ever seen them except for my family, really. They've been sheltered too long xD
Thank you for that advice. I will mull it over and decide which i'd most like to draw before I start doodling other things. ^^
Well if you don't want to put out your older characters, then don't put them out there. You can always do it later if you want to. Just because you drew them in the past doesn't mean the whole world has to know what they are. I'm just a curious one. :)
You could always open requests or commissions. You'd get takers for sure.
Though I've found that going back and redrawing or reworking old character, even if it is just for a single nostalgic picture to be great fun.
