yep. Go to control panel to profile, then there should be a box or something where you cazn write peoples names

So you know, that does not actually block them from watching you, they just can't reply to you directly or on your page.

I have preemptively blocked some known creepers and sometimes I later find them in my New Watches section anyway. I guess they didn't know, lol.
