I once had the opportunity to become a cop. Even though the physical test would have been cake for me, I didn't like the sound of being someone who many would hate even with a pay slightly higher of what I make now. Plus I had other plans for a job which thankfully I kept to get me to where I am now.

I would say since you only got one more year left you ought to stick to school. I know Steve is wanting to become a cop too, so he can give you a second opinion.

Definitely stay and finish the last year so that you have options, you can always go to the academy when your done. However you won't always have the opportunity or drive to go back to school. No one ever said "man i shoulda dropped out that last year". Its extremely cliche but, "you WILL regret it later" if you drop out. I know I do.
