It's been almost a month since my mother died. And only within the past few days have I started getting my life back on track and in proper order again. Drawing will be taking an indefinite hiatus given the circumstances. I have taken up some responsibilities that require my attention and the 50/50 project may be the only work I get done this year save the odd spontaneous image.

For those who have offered support, the kind ear to talk to, and in some cases the flowers for the funeral, THANK YOU. My mother was many things and she was always very supportive of me as a gay man and as a furry. To know that people who have heard the stories I told about her mourned her passing as well means a lot to me. She will not be forgotten and in my stories of the 'cool mom' who did stuff just as crazy as I still do, she will be remembered.

At this time I am sending out this notice to let folks know I'm more stable now and should you wish to talk or send emails you may feel free to do so once again. I know a lot of people held off over the past few weeks so as not to burden me and I do appreciate the kindness. But now life continues on and I need to remain connected to a world my mother was proud I was a part of.
