So we're going to go to AT&T to see if they have replacement power cords. Because we called their support network and they told us to check to see if it was the modem or power cord that needed to be replaced. But BestBuy just wants the money so, yeah. :/ I'm really hoping we're able to fix it/buy a new one soon.
