"Despite my suggestions of something corgi-like, she's always wanted a rottweiler"
heh, I love Corgis ; I'm not much of a dog person in general, but those things are adorable.
I'm not a big fan of rottweilers, in NC when I lived with my mother, her sister wanted us to keep her rotty for her for a week, and it ate my cat while I was at school. :I I was beyond pissed.
But Bishop is indeed a cutie, I hope the training goes well for you guys!
That's exactly why I wanted to know the history behind the dog I let into the house. He was intentionally acclimated to cats as a part of his prior training.
You're right about parts of Vancouver.. there are lots of dogs. Then again, we live in such an outdoor-focussed city that having a dog is just another excuse to get outside and use this incredible area more often! .. err, at least I do :P
It was great meeting you and Mahrkale! Have fun with Bishop!
Glad Bishop has a good home though.
Omg I love you X3 lol
Yay for Vancouver!
(you REALLY should check out the Interior BC some day, its a gorgeous trip)
*Nakusp, Nelson, Ainsworth, -> Basically the Kootenays.

Also, my family dog throughout my childhood was named Bishop!
Yup up here in Canada we love our dogs, well we just love pets.
Your puppy looks adorable and he looks like he still has to grow into his paws.
Congrats on the new addition to your family. They are a very loyal and protective breed of dog. You now have a gaurdian for life.
ENJOY!!!
