First, piracy is not theft. Theft removes the original, piracy makes a copy.

Second, and jokes aside, it depends on the situation. Big corporations, especially record labels, don't exactly give musicians their fair share, and those companies aren't exactly poor.
But re-selling someone else's work, giving one hundred per cent of the paid sum to a greedy bastard - nope.

Uhm, you do realize the link I posted is someone stealing original files from artists and selling them so that he and others may make profit off of someone else's work, right?
