That I'm too nice. I'm not going to mention any names, but it seems to me like I am very lenient towards things... And not just certain things, everything. From deadlines, errors in commissions, to friends being forgiven over things they shouldnt be. Taking my kindness for granted and getting things from me that I'd NEVER give to people, so on, and so on. I just needed a place to voice my dissappoinment, but it's not like I can do anything about it, because I'm too nice to tell people when they are doing something wrong...

And well, yeah I have an issue with being a bit too nice with things myself. But if you so need to talk about something and get it off your chest, then you may decide what to do with that. Whatever happens though, so long as your happy with said decisions, that's all fine. :3
That is quite simply that I agree with you and that if you want to do something about it then I suggest that you start stopping things before they start.
If someone does something you don't like tell them or they'll keep doing it, the thing there is HOW you decide to do it personally I think it depends heavily on context.
