So apparently, the System closes Trouble tickets after a while of no replies.

I know the TT admin, the one who's been "helping" me, is active more than it looks like, but that jerk didn't give me information or ANYTHING.

Not normally, depends on what it is. SC told me if you have a harassment issue to PM him, but otherwise most TTs (especially screenshots/image violations) take some time to get to because they're not priority. Send him a PM though, he might go ahead and take care of it. There are year-old tickets he's sifting through right now so I think it's okay to be just a little bit patient. If you need help right away, send a PM to him or another admin.

Well i have a TT i had to close and make a new one which i made this month. Though how many have been logged in from behind. Though several of mine have been involved with ban evasion accounts are those priority as well?

I'm not sure what the prority is currently but I reported an evasion account about a month ago myself and it hasn't been toucjed yet because the guy isn't openly harassing people.

Right. I had to basically grasp at straws though which is really irritating because I know who it is (I lived with them and saw them log onto that account a few times) but I don't have enough screencaps. NNgghh.
