I work on a Military Base and they occasionally get the chance to see certain movies first. Last year, I saw Iron Man 2.

Military base had an advance screening, probably because it's military-related. It was good.

I don't do Bootleg, I'd rather pay the full price than to watch a crappy facsimile. On a Military Base. They get to see certain movies free before they come out, but it's only a single showing for the free showing. If they miss it, the have to wait until the week it comes out.

Yes, at a Military Base. Seems when it comes to Military-related films, they get a free showing of it. Though not always.

Nice! I'm eager to see this film because it was directed by the same guy who directed "The Rocketeer" which was a GREAT film.

I am surprise they din't do that for Transformer 3 too.

Or they only show the GOOD stuff? =P

I don't recall if they had a free showing for Transformers 3. If they did, I would have gone. I think that the movies would have to be more oriented towards military for it to get a possible free showing. Like when GI Joe came out, they actually had a few of the actors come. I wish they would have done the same this year, bringing Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Evans & Stan Lee. That would have rocked.
