Well I was dropping my brother keba off at the norfolk naval base like almost every morning at about 5 like I normally do. I was slowly pulling out of the parking lot to the 4 lane road where 2 lanes had major traffic. In both of those lanes cars stopped and let me pass on through. I proceeded slowly and had it to where my very front was out so anyone that was in the third lane could see me. After about 1 minute I pulled forward some more so i could actually see. At about 45 mph I see a car comeing about 15 yards away, I wanted to avoid getting hit in the front so I attempt to speed up and get into the 4th lane only to have him hit my back drivers side door.

Yes i'm fine, but why do jackass's drive on the road? This dude was even on a restricted license and said he didnt even have any car insurance. I'm quite upset about this whole incident, hopefully things will get better. Derf's car insurance company will be paying for all the damages which is good honestly.
