Awesome People and Close Friends Part 1

Hello all!
I have a quick question,
I've been thinking about making a book full of stories and artwork, and I just wanted to know if anyone knows the processes of going to publish books, mainly legal parts o.o
If anyone has any advice on it, that would be great! :3

The best way to do it is through preorders so you have the money already, then go through and use that to pay for all the books to get printed, and eventually it'll grow c:
Good luck <3
It has been a while since I heard this from my friend that is publishing kids books so I have no idea if it would still hold or not. Just thought I would toss my 2 cents in
