I have seen this one, and it's his best. There are a couple of other minor inflations of him when he's flattened, but this is the good one!

Hmm, I've seen those as well, but unfortunately, I couldn't remember the name of the episodes of those minor inflations of him when he's flattened...

Any chance you might know?

Currently available on dvd is The Richie Rich Scooby Doo Show, volume one. (WHERE THE HECK IS VOLUME TWO?! *drools*)
I found on them:
"Waxworld" - Scooby and Shaggy plummet face first into a window and have their heads flattened.
"Car Wash" - Dollar is flattened and folded into a shirt.
"Irona vs. Desmona" - Dollar is flattened.
"Scrappy's Birthday" - Scooby is flattened by a door.
"Bungle in the Jungle" - Scooby is flattened, then inflated after running into a tree.
"Scooby's Fun Zone" - Scooby is sat upon and flattened, then accordianed in the fun house.

There are a couple more Dollar flattenings, but I don't have the names of the shows themselves.
Dollar is flattened when he attempts to lift weights and they roll over him,
and there is one where Dollar tries to roll a stone wheel up an incline.

If they'd put out volume two of the series, I could tell you the names!

Thxs for telling me these, just looked them up, and enjoyed those scenes! And yeah I know, it's weird that they would only put in volume 1 and not the rest later! It been like that for nearly all of the classic cartoons going into DVD!

Yeah, it's driving me nuts, especially since itunes and Amazon do have the remainder of the Scooby cartoons available to watch, just not out on DVD. Maybe they'll come to their senses one day.
