I had a cool idea to make hats of the "neko" (cat) versions of the Hetalia characters. Just wondering if anyone would be interested? Hopefully I'd make them anyways.

12$ sounds about right. I see most hats at 15, though these would be for a specific fanbase, so it might make the market smaller.
