The new series will take place 70 years after the end of the Avatar: The Last Airbender storyline, so the world has changed from what you know. The setting has a more "modern" feel to it, with the buildings and people and all, with a steam-punk style to it.
the original was great tho it somewhat had a cliff hanger ending.
