i cloak, then use a heavy weapons guy disguise and spam random voices xD kinda funny to see where they'll shoot or to actually hear their reactions

Online is much much harder than offline. I don't know what difficulties you set your offline training to, but the folks who've been gaming online forever.... Yeah. :P

Still, regardless of how hard it is it's still pretty fun! I wish I could get better as the Sniper since he's my favorite class, but damn it they won't keep their freakin' heads still! X3

mostly like to play engie, heavy and soldier - with the odd medic and pyro depending on what map it is

and ya, spy is hard (but a well done spy is EVIL!!!!)

soldiers epic, so is heavy n' pyro.

pyro is fun if you're good at ambushing people - not all maps are good for that

heavy is fun too. Protip: You can spin-up while jumping - so jump out in front of a corner and spin up, to surprise BULLIT-TIME whoever is waiting on the other side


also, a kritz-medic uber on a heavy is total rape (just saying)

I have TF2, tho I haven't really played since it became obsessed with hats and Mann Co. Crates. I could always reinstall it, I'm down to play TF2 again and rock some medic.

I liked it better before they started flooded it with weapons. to have 1 alternative for every weapon was cool! but now. damn!

Love the TF2. Great furry and brony communities in it, as well. My stats say that I like playing Demo the most, but I do play a lot of Medic and Trolldier these days. Medic, because I like helping everyone and mostly just chilling and not fighting, and Sold--I mean, Trolldier because of the Cow Mangler. Say what you want about that thing "not fitting the game's atmosphere," but it's totally freakin' awesome.

I love tf2! Recently began playing it when it went free to play, since then I've fallen in love with it. Love sniping, myself. Otherwise I'm rocking a heavy or engineer. If you start playing online, throw a friend add to Potzi Hookman over steam.

I hate snipers, all the classes do something for the team but the sniper

Taking out an uber ready medic healing a heavy isn't helpful to the team? A spy can do that, a scout from the side can do it, a demo with well placed stickys can do it, a surprise pyro can do it or control the uber with air blasts, a heavy medic can counter uber, and engineers can tank their sentry till the cows come home. A proper team can deal with ubers many other ways.
There is no purpose to sniper when have you ever heard people on voice chat say "we need more snipers"?
I occasionally watch the professionals and I can hand on heart say I don't think I have ever seen a sniper being used and there’s a reason for that, the sniper is for people who can’t play properly.
The only point I can see to sniping is counter sniping. Which if people stopped playing sniper, would be a problem that fixed itself
I have a friend who's a great sniper and has no illusions that he is absolutely no use to the team what so ever

a sniper can stop a push with a single shot and not get himself injured or his teammates injured
now most snipers will just shoot anything on the other team and dont help his team at all, but what im trying to say is a sniper can be a teamplayer but most decide not to and most come to the assumption its the class
all im saying is the sniper isnt useless its just the people who usually play them are
i find snipers best at taking out the best teamplayers on the other team, such as buff banner soldiers entrenched engies or kritz medics
also dont forget about how helpful the huntsman can be in a push to the cap (assuming your using it at mid ranges)

The aspects of how the Sniper is designed make him on the least helpful classes to a pushing team. With him comes patience and hand-eye coordination you have to master. Sure he can take out enemies from the shadows but what is he providing to a forward pushing team? Now a defensive sniper is different, have a good one eyeing an area with a goood headset to hear cloaking spies and twitch reflexes and you are gold. Everyone of the classes has pro's, con's and a skill cap, the Snipers just tends to be harder to master for me at least.

yeah they cant really push they have no presence from like 100yds away unlike a heavy would, thus why they are better for defense, taking out the head of the push

I've been playing TF2 since the beginning when it hit the shelves as a bundle of games in the Orange Box. I quickly fell madly in love with the game and have been playing ever since then! It is hands down my favorite game to play of all times ever. I main line Engineer, but can play all classes as they are needed, and very well - with the exception of sniper (I'm slow on the trigger).
I'm glad that more people are discovering the magic of this game still! See you on the battlefield, Wolf.

I love Team/(Hat) Fortress 2. The one of the many things I love about this game, is the crazy mods and plug-ins that go with it.
